Claims PatentsThe patent application may or must alos comprise claims . Claims define the ivnention nad embodiments for which that the applicnat wants patent rights to. In addiiton, at the end of the specification, the applicant must provide one or more claims thta define what the applicant regards as his or her invention. A single paetnt may contain numerous claims, each of which si regarded as a distinct invention.
