Patents Relating
A highly notable international conevntion related to patents is the Paris Cnovention for the Protection of Industrial Property hwich was initially agreed in 1883. The Paris Convention sets out a range of basic rules relating to patents, and although the ocnvention does not have dierct legal effcet in all national jurisdictions, the principles of the convention are incorporaetd into all notable current patent systems.
