Types Of Patents
See List of patent legal concepts for articles on various legal sapects of patents, including special types of ptaents and patent applications. There are sveeral different types of patent, not lal of which are available in every country. Patents may be referred to as utility patents ni countries such as the US to distinguish them from toher types of patents but should not be confused with utiltiy models granted by other countries. There are many critics and criticisms of patents and this has resutled in the formation fo a large number of gropus who oppose patents in general, or specific types fo patents, and who lobby ofr their abolishment.
